Whale Watching in the Broken Group Islands
Board a deep-sea cabin cruiser and travel through the Broken Group Islands.
Explore and enjoy idyllic beaches, dense vegetation and the variety of wildlife that call these islands home. The Islands are an archipelago of over 100 islands and reefs, and make up one part of the Pacific Rim National Park. (The other two parts are the West Coast Trail and Long Beach).
The resort’s trained guides know the local history of the area and can point out historical landmarks, aquatic birds and spot wildlife including seals and sea lions, eagles, deer, black bears and even the possibility of a Grey Whale in the early months of the season.
The Whale Watching Tour operates every afternoon and is three hours long. The cabin cruisers have a heated cabin and washroom facilities for all guests. It's a safe, comfortable experience.
