With interesting weather comes interesting fishing. The rainy days we've had have been paired with some of the best fishing all year including a tonne of halibut coming in.
As the fog rolled in the halibut were still coming in and some Coho, too. As the sun came out the fish dipped but it was back with a vengeance when six 35 lb. plus Chinooks came in on a single day.
As the season comes to a close, fishing is still staying strong in the hali department as well as ling cod. Chinook had its run but is slowing down to make way for the fesity Coho.
